Submission Terms

These terms apply to information and materials submitted through the Immerwood partner and location submission system. By submitting, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

No guarantee or obligation

A submission does not guarantee review beyond preliminary screening, selection, partnership, procurement, investment, compensation, a response, or further engagement. Immerwood may accept, decline, pause, archive, or request additional information about any submission in its discretion.

No confidentiality

Submissions are not confidential and do not create a confidentiality obligation. Do not submit trade secrets, sensitive personal information, privileged material, or confidential information unless Immerwood specifically requests it and an appropriate written agreement is in place.

Authority and accuracy

You represent that you are authorized to provide the submitted information and materials, that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that the submission does not infringe or misuse another party’s rights.

No agency, partnership, or compensation

A submission creates no agency, brokerage, fiduciary, employment, joint venture, partnership, exclusivity, or other legal relationship. Immerwood has no obligation to compensate you for reviewing, retaining, discussing, or independently developing ideas, capabilities, or opportunities that may resemble submitted material.

Evaluation and sharing

Immerwood may share submitted information with professional advisors and potential development, capital, operating, financing, legal, technical, or strategic partners for evaluation. Immerwood may request meetings, references, documentation, property access, or third-party verification.

Capital submissions

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to purchase securities. Any future opportunity would require appropriate qualification, documentation, due diligence, and compliance with applicable law.

Legal review

These terms are a working website implementation and should be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before the submission system is promoted broadly.
