This notice describes how information submitted through the Immerwood partner and location submission system may be collected and used.

Information collected

We may collect contact details, organization information, property or market data, capability and investment profiles, proposed partnership information, supporting files, consent records, submission category, reference number, and submission date and time.

How information may be used

Information may be used to screen and evaluate opportunities, communicate with submitters, verify information, coordinate professional review, plan development activity, maintain submission records, and improve Immerwood’s partner pipeline.

Who may receive information

Information may be shared with Immerwood personnel and with professional advisors or potential development, capital, operating, financing, legal, technical, and strategic partners who require it for evaluation. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Storage and security

Submissions are intended to be stored using access-controlled services connected to Immerwood’s Vercel deployment. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit sensitive information unless specifically requested.

Retention and choices

Submission records may be retained while relevant to current or future development priorities, legal obligations, and business records. You may request correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements, by contacting Immerwood.

Legal review

This notice is a working website implementation and should be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before the submission system is promoted broadly.
