Julia Allison works across executive operations, strategic development, and research and development at Immerwood, helping turn the company's creative vision into relationships, opportunities, and forward momentum.

Working alongside Founder & CEO Marquis White and the broader leadership team, Julia supports the development of the Immerwood model, from early research and concept work to strategic partnerships, investor relationships, and key development initiatives.

Her background spans communications, business, marketing, public affairs, entrepreneurship, and entertainment. Julia holds a bachelor's degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from Michigan Technological University, with a minor in Journalism and an emphasis in Business. She has worked in public affairs with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, served as a Marketing Director, built her own business, and worked as a producer and performer in independent film.

That multidisciplinary experience shapes her role as a development strategist: connecting creative ambition with practical execution and building the relationships, research, and infrastructure needed to move Immerwood from vision toward reality.
